The Event
The inaugural event was hosted November 20, 2004 with a special presentation of The Polar Express at The Arlington Theatre in Arlington Heights, IL. On November 6, 2005 we were proud to host Lights, Camera, Cure - Take 2 during which a private viewing of Chicken Little was shown at The Arlington Theatre. On November 19, 2006, we held Take 3, a private viewing of Open Season in Sacramento at the historic Crest Theater.
2006 also marked our first educational and advocacy event where medical professionals and child advocates provided information about all facets of living with diabetes.
